The library wrote a grant and received 17 classic hardcover books as part of the "We the People" Bookshelf from the National Endowment for the Humanities. The books relate to the theme "A More Perfect Union." As we celebrate the 150th annivarsary of the Civil War, the NEH hopes to promote reflection among young people with this theme.
