Riverfront Energy Center Open House
Grand Rapids Area Library 140 NE 2nd St (West parking lot)

Tour the Library’s Energy Center, which extracts heat from the UPM Blandin Plant’s wastewater to warm the building.
Learn about the solar sunflower and plans for solar electricity generation.
View a model wind turbine developed by ICC engineering students.
